Sate Taichan

Satays are renowned all over the world with different countries having their own versions of satays. Satays vary in different forms and flavors based on the spices and ingredients used by different cultures. Indonesia, specifically Jakarta is not a stranger to the culture of creating their own variation of a satay. Satays are meat that cut up into pieces and skewered on a stick and the satay Jakarta is no different. Here in Jakarta, there are satays called Taichan that are available almost everywhere due to its demand. Taichan satays are satays that are seasoned with salt and pepper. However, the final dish is served on a plate with a side of Indonesia's traditional hot sauce that has made Taichan satays gain their recognition in the Jakarta food industry.
